ลักษณะ ๔ การฟ้องคดีอาญาและคดีแพ่งที่เกี่ยวเนื่องกับคดีอาญา

ถ้าโจทก์ร้องขอให้ยึดทรัพย์จำเลย ให้ผู้มีอำนาจแต่งตั้งตุลาการส่งคดีนั้นไปยังศาลพลเรือนในท้องถิ่นที่ทรัพย์นั้นตั้งอยู่ และให้ศาลพลเรือนสั่งจัดการยึดทรัพย์ในคดีนั้นต่อไปตามกฎหมายโดยไม่ต้องฟ้องอีกสำนวนหนึ่ง ส่วนหน้าที่อัยการทหารให้มอบให้พนักงานอัยการจัดการว่าความในศาลพลเรือนชั้นยึดทรัพย์ต่อไปจนกว่าจะถึงที่สุด
