ลักษณะ ๑ บททั่วไป

เมื่อหน่วยทหารปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่นอกราชอาณาจักร หรือกำลังเดินทางเพื่อไปปฏิบัติหน้าที่นอกราชอาณาจักรและมีกำลังทหารไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งกองพัน จะให้ตั้งศาลประจำหน่วยทหารนั้นก็ได้ กำลังทหารกองทัพใดมีจำนวนเท่าใดจึงจะถือว่าไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งกองพันนั้น ให้เป็นไปตามที่กระทรวงกลาโหมกำหนด
