ส่วนที่ ๒ ความผิดที่กระทำต่อเชลยศึก

ผู้ใดกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่อให้เชลยศึกมิได้รับการพิจารณาคดีโดยเที่ยงธรรมหรือตามระเบียบที่กำหนดไว้ในอนุสัญญา มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันห้าร้อยบาท หรือจำคุกไม่เกินสามปี หรือทั้งปรับทั้งจำ
