Section 11 พระราชบัญญัติการเนรเทศ พ.ศ. 2499

ผู้ใดได้รับการผ่อนผันตามคำสั่งของนายกรัฐมนตรีที่ให้ส่งไปประกอบอาชีพ ณ ที่แห่งใดแทนการเนรเทศตามมาตรา ๘ แล้ว ไม่ไปหรือไม่อยู่ประกอบอาชีพ ณ ที่นั้นตามคำสั่ง มีความผิดต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี ในกรณีเช่นว่านี้ รัฐมนตรีจะสั่งเนรเทศด้วยก็ได้
