Section 3 พระราชบัญญัติล้างมลทินในโอกาสครบ 25 พุทธศตวรรษ พ.ศ. 2499

ให้ล้างมลทินให้แก่บรรดาผู้ต้องคำพิพากษาให้ลงโทษในกรณีความผิดคดีต่าง ๆ ซึ่งเกิดขึ้นก่อนวันที่ ๘ พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๔๙๙ และได้พ้นโทษไปแล้วก่อนหรือในวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ หรือซึ่งได้พ้นโทษไปโดยผลแห่งพระราชกฤษฎีกาว่าด้วยการพระราชทานอภัยโทษเนื่องในโอกาสครบ ๒๕ พุทธศตวรรษ โดยให้ถือว่าผู้นั้นมิได้เคยต้องคำพิพากษาว่าได้กระทำความผิดในคดีนั้น ๆ
