Section 11 พระราชบัญญัตินิรโทษกรรมในโอกาสครบ 25 พุทธศตวรรษ พ.ศ. 2499

สิทธิในการรับเบี้ยหวัดหรือบำนาญตามมาตรา ๑๐ ให้เกิดตั้งแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ และให้เบิกจ่ายย้อนนับแต่วันที่กล่าวแล้วนี้ได้ แต่ต้องยื่นคำร้องขอรับเบี้ยหวัด บำเหน็จหรือบำนาญภายในกำหนดหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ
