ข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นมีสิทธิได้รับบำเหน็จบำนาญปกติด้วยเหตุอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) เหตุทดแทน
(๒) เหตุทุพพลภาพ
(๓) เหตุสูงอายุ
(๔) เหตุรับราชการนาน
