หมวด ๒ โบราณวัตถุและศิลปวัตถุ

ในกรณีที่โบราณวัตถุหรือศิลปวัตถุที่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนแล้วชำรุด หักพัง เสียหาย สูญหาย หรือมีการย้ายสถานที่เก็บรักษา ให้ผู้ครอบครองโบราณวัตถุหรือศิลปวัตถุนั้นแจ้งเป็นหนังสือไปยังอธิบดีภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันชำรุด หักพัง เสียหาย สูญหาย หรือมีการย้ายนั้น
