หมวด ๑ โบราณสถาน

บรรดาโบราณสถานซึ่งอธิบดีกรมศิลปากรได้จัดทำบัญชีและประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษาตามกฎหมายว่าด้วย โบราณสถาน ศิลปวัตถุ โบราณวัตถุ และการพิพิธภัณฑ์แห่งชาติแล้วก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าเป็นโบราณสถานที่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนแล้วตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ด้วย
