การจ่ายดอกเบี้ยให้จ่ายในวันที่ชำระต้นเงินคืน ดอกเบี้ยให้คำนวณตั้งแต่วันที่จำหน่ายพันธบัตรถึงวันที่ชำระต้นเงินคืน ในกรณีที่มีการขยายกำหนดเวลาชำระต้นเงินคืนตามข้อ ๓ วรรคสอง ผู้มีกรรมสิทธิ์ในพันธบัตรจะขอรับดอกเบี้ยสำหรับพันธบัตรที่มีอายุครบรอบปีหนึ่ง ๆ ก็ได้
