ที่วัดและที่ซึ่งขึ้นต่อวัด มีดังนี้
(๑) ที่วัด คือที่ซึ่งตั้งวัดตลอดจนเขตของวัดนั้น
(๒) ที่ธรณีสงฆ์ คือที่ซึ่งเป็นสมบัติของวัด
(๓) ที่กัลปนา คือที่ซึ่งมีผู้อุทิศแต่ผลประโยชน์ให้วัดหรือพระศาสนา
