หมวด ๒ การควบคุมและรักษาป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ

เพื่อประโยชน์ในการควบคุม ดูแล รักษาหรือบำรุงป่าสงวนแห่งชาติ อธิบดีมีอำนาจสั่งเป็นหนังสือให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่หรือเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมป่าไม้ กระทำการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดในเขตป่าสงวนแห่งชาติได้
