หมวด ๓ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดรับไว้ด้วยประการใด ซ่อนเร้น จำหน่าย หรือช่วยพาเอาไปเสีย ซึ่งไม้หรือของป่าที่ตนรู้อยู่แล้วว่า เป็นไม้หรือของป่าที่มีผู้ได้มาโดยการกระทำผิดตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ ต้องระวางโทษเสมือนเป็นตัวการในการกระทำผิดนั้น
