Clause 6 กฎกระทรวง ฉบับที่ 10 (พ.ศ. 2508) ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติวิธีการงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2502

เมื่อได้รับคำเสนอขอซื้อพันธบัตรพร้อมด้วยเงินเต็มตามราคาแล้ว ธนาคารแห่งประเทศไทยจะออกใบสำคัญชั่วคราวให้ผู้ซื้อยึดถือไว้ก่อนเพื่อแลกเปลี่ยนกับพันธบัตรก็ได้
