หมวด ๑ การได้สัญชาติไทย

ให้นำมาตรา ๙/๖ วรรคสอง มาใช้บังคับกับบุตรของคนไทยพลัดถิ่นซึ่งบุตรนั้นได้รับสัญชาติไทยมาก่อนที่คนไทยพลัดถิ่นได้รับการรับรองความเป็นคนไทยพลัดถิ่นตามมาตรา ๙/๖ วรรคหนึ่ง
