หมวด ๒ การจัดตั้งสมาคมการค้า

ห้ามมิให้บุคคลใดใช้ชื่อที่มีอักษรไทยประกอบว่า “สมาคมการค้า” หรืออักษรต่างประเทศซึ่งแปลหรืออ่านว่า “สมาคมการค้า” ในดวงตรา ป้ายชื่อ จดหมาย ใบแจ้งความ หรือเอกสารอย่างอื่นเกี่ยวกับธุรกิจ โดยมิได้เป็นสมาคมการค้า เว้นแต่เป็นการใช้ในการขออนุญาตจัดตั้งสมาคมการค้า
