หมวด ๔ การดำเนินกิจการของหอการค้า

ให้หอการค้ามีคณะกรรมการเป็นผู้ดำเนินกิจการของหอการค้า และเป็นผู้แทนของหอการค้าในกิจการอันเกี่ยวกับบุคคลภายนอก เพื่อการนี้คณะกรรมการจะมอบหมายให้กรรมการหรือเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารของหอการค้าในระดับผู้อำนวยการหรือรองผู้อำนวยการทำการแทนก็ได้
