หมวด ๕ ควบคุมหอการค้า

เมื่อปรากฏว่าคณะกรรมการ กรรมการหรือสมาชิกของหอการค้ากระทำการใด ๆ อันอาจเป็นภัยต่อเศรษฐกิจความมั่นคงของประเทศ หรือต่อความสงบเรียบร้อยหรือศีลธรรมอันดีของประชาชน ให้นายทะเบียนมีอำนาจสั่งเป็นหนังสือให้คณะกรรมการ กรรมการหรือสมาชิกนั้นระงับหรือจัดการแก้ไขการกระทำนั้นภายในระยะเวลาที่นายทะเบียนกำหนด
