Section 44 พระราชบัญญัติหอการค้า พ.ศ. 2509
หมวด ๖ การเลิกหอการค้า
(๑) เมื่อที่ประชุมใหญ่ลงมติให้เลิกด้วยคะแนนเสียงไม่น้อยกว่ากึ่งหนึ่งของจำนวนสมาชิกสามัญทั้งหมด
(๒) เมื่อล้มละลาย
(๓) เมื่อรัฐมนตรีสั่งให้เลิกตามมาตรา ๔๓ ให้หอการค้าที่เลิกตาม (๑) หรือ (๒) แจ้งให้นายทะเบียนทราบภายในกำหนดสิบห้าวันนับแต่วันที่เกิดมีเหตุที่ทำให้เลิก
