ดอกเบี้ยงวดแรกของพันธบัตรแต่ละฉบับให้คำนวณตั้งแต่วันที่จำหน่ายพันธบัตรได้จนถึงวันที่ ๓๐ พฤศจิกายน พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๙ และให้เริ่มชำระดอกเบี้ยงวดแรกในวันที่ ๑ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๙ งวดต่อไปในวันที่ ๑ มิถุนายน และวันที่ ๑ ธันวาคม ทุกปี ตลอดเวลาที่พันธบัตรยังมีอายุอยู่
