(๑) ผลิตยาและเวชภัณฑ์
(๒) ส่งเสริมให้มีการศึกษาและวิจัยการผลิตยาและเวชภัณฑ์
(๓) ส่งเสริมการวิเคราะห์ยาและเวชภัณฑ์รวมทั้งวัตถุดิบที่ใช้ในการผลิตยาและเวชภัณฑ์
