ดอกเบี้ยงวดแรกของพันธบัตรแต่ละฉบับ ให้คำนวณตั้งแต่วันที่จำหน่ายพันธบัตรได้จนถึงวันที่ ๑๔ กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๐ และให้เริ่มชำระดอกเบี้ยงวดแรกในวันที่ ๑๕ กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๐ งวดต่อไปในวันที่ ๑๕ มกราคม และวันที่ ๑๕ กรกฎาคม ทุกปี ตลอดเวลาที่พันธบัตรยังมีอายุอยู่
