(๑) ตาย
(๒) ลาออก
(๓) คณะกรรมการให้ออก
(๔) ขาดคุณสมบัติตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๒๒ หรือมีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่บัญญัติไว้ในมาตรา ๓๐ การให้ออกตาม (๓) ต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะรัฐมนตรี
