บทเฉพาะกาล
(๑) ใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยาที่ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้ใน พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๕ และ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๖ ให้มีอายุถึงวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๒ (๒) ใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยาที่ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้ใน พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๗ และ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๘ ให้มีอายุถึงวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๓ (๓) ใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยาที่ขึ้นทะเบียนไว้ภายหลัง พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๘ ให้มีอายุถึงวันที่ ๓๑ ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๑๔
