Section 19 พระราชบัญญัติยา พ.ศ. 2510
หมวด ๓ หน้าที่ของผู้รับอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับยาแผนปัจจุบัน
(๑) ผลิตหรือขายยาแผนปัจจุบันนอกสถานที่ที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาต เว้นแต่เป็นการขายส่ง
(๒) ผลิตหรือขายยาแผนปัจจุบันไม่ตรงตามประเภทของใบอนุญาต
(๓) ขายยาแผนปัจจุบันที่เป็นยาอันตรายหรือยาควบคุมพิเศษให้แก่ผู้รับใบอนุญาตตามมาตรา ๑๕ (๔)
