ผู้รับอนุญาตซึ่งได้แจ้งการเลิกกิจการ จะขายยาของตนที่เหลืออยู่แก่ผู้รับอนุญาตอื่นหรือแก่ผู้ซึ่งผู้อนุญาตเห็นสมควรได้ภายในเก้าสิบวันนับแต่วันเลิกกิจการ เว้นแต่ผู้อนุญาตจะผ่อนผันขยายระยะเวลาดังกล่าวให้
