หมวด ๘ ยาปลอม ยาผิดมาตรฐาน ยาเสื่อมคุณภาพ
(๑) ยาที่สิ้นอายุตามที่แสดงไว้ในฉลาก
(๒) ยาที่แปรสภาพจนมีลักษณะเช่นเดียวกันกับยาปลอมตามมาตรา ๗๓ (๕) หรือยาผิดมาตรฐานตามมาตรา ๗๔
