หมวด ๑๑ การโฆษณา

การโฆษณาขายยาทางวิทยุกระจายเสียง เครื่องขยายเสียง วิทยุโทรทัศน์ ทางฉายภาพหรือภาพยนตร์ หรือทางสิ่งพิมพ์จะต้อง
(๑) ได้รับอนุมัติข้อความ เสียง หรือภาพที่ใช้ในการโฆษณาจากผู้อนุญาต
(๒) ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่ผู้อนุญาตกำหนด
