หมวด ๖ การอุทธรณ์

ในกรณีที่มีคำวินิจฉัยอุทธรณ์ถึงที่สุดให้คืนเงินค่าภาษีป้ายให้แก่ผู้อุทธรณ์ ให้ผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นหรือผู้ซึ่งผู้บริหารท้องถิ่นมอบหมายแจ้งให้ผู้อุทธรณ์ทราบโดยเร็วเพื่อมาขอรับเงินคืนภายในหนึ่งปีนับแต่วันที่ได้รับแจ้ง
