(๑) ให้ยอมรับนับถือว่า สถาบันเป็นนิติบุคคล และให้ถือว่ามีภูมิลำเนาในประเทศไทย
(๒) ให้สถาบันได้รับยกเว้นจากการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยโรงเรียนราษฎร์และกฎหมายว่าด้วยสภาการศึกษาแห่งชาติ
