ผู้ได้รับการสงเคราะห์จากองค์การสงเคราะห์ทหารผ่านศึกอยู่ก่อนวันที่พระราชบัญญัตินี้ใช้บังคับ ให้ถือว่าเป็นผู้ได้รับการสงเคราะห์ต่อไปเช่นเดียวกับผู้ได้รับการสงเคราะห์ตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
