ส่วนที่ ๒ การบริหาร
(๑) บรรจุ แต่งตั้ง ถอดถอน เลื่อน ลดหรือตัดเงินเดือน ตลอดจนลงโทษพนักงานและลูกจ้าง ทั้งนี้ ต้องเป็นไปตามข้อบังคับสภาทหารผ่านศึก
(๒) วางระเบียบเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติงานของ อผศ. โดยไม่ขัดหรือแย้งกับข้อบังคับสภาทหารผ่านศึก
