หมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดใช้ตราเครื่องหมายของ อผศ. โดยไม่มีสิทธิใช้ ทำตราเครื่องหมายของ อผศ. โดยไม่ได้รับอำนาจจาก อผศ. ทำปลอมหรือเลียนแบบคล้ายคลึงตราหรือรอยตราเครื่องหมายของ อผศ. หรือใช้สิ่งที่ทำปลอมหรือเลียนแบบคล้ายคลึงตราเครื่องหมายเช่นนั้น ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
