หมวด ๑ การจัดตั้งและบททั่วไป

อผศ. มีสำนักงานใหญ่ในจังหวัดพระนคร และจะตั้งสำนักงานสาขาหรือสำนักงานตัวแทนขึ้น ณ ที่ใดก็ได้ ถ้าจะตั้งสำนักงานสาขาหรือสำนักงานตัวแทนขึ้น ณ ต่างประเทศ ต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากรัฐมนตรีก่อน
