หมวด ๓ การจัดที่ดินในรูปนิคมสหกรณ์
(๑) ไม่ใช้ที่ดินทำประโยชน์ให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๙ (๒) ไม่ชำระเงินที่เรียกเก็บตามมาตรา ๑๐ (๓) ไม่ปฏิบัติตามระเบียบที่ออกตามความในมาตรา ๑๗
