หมวด ๔ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดขาดจากการเป็นสมาชิกนิคมสร้างตนเองหรือสมาชิกนิคมสหกรณ์ หรือหมดสิทธิในที่ดินที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าทำประโยชน์ในที่ดินของนิคมแล้วไม่ยอมออกจากที่ดินที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้เข้าทำประโยชน์ภายในสามสิบวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับคำสั่งของอธิบดีหรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีมอบหมาย ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินหนึ่งพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
