ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดโฆษณา จำหน่าย หรือมีไว้เพื่อจำหน่ายซึ่งผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม โดยรู้อยู่ว่าเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมที่ทำขึ้นเพื่อการส่งออกตามมาตรา ๒๐ ตรี เว้นแต่เป็นการจำหน่ายเพื่อการส่งออก
