หมวด ๒ ภาษีเงินได้และการคำนวณกำไรสุทธิ

ผลกำไรหรือขาดทุนจากอัตราแลกเปลี่ยนเงินตราอันเนื่องมาจากการคำนวณตามมาตรา ๘/๑ หรือจากการคำนวณมูลค่าของเงินตราสกุลที่ใช้ในการดำเนินงานเป็นเงินตราไทย เพื่อชำระภาษีตามมาตรา ๔๒ มิให้ถือเป็นรายได้หรือรายจ่ายในการคำนวณกำไรสุทธิเพื่อเสียภาษีเงินได้
