หมวด ๕ การหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย

ในกรณีที่บริษัทควบเข้ากัน ถ้าบริษัทซึ่งเป็นผู้จ่ายเงินได้ตามมาตรา ๒๑ ยังมิได้ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ให้บริษัทที่ตั้งขึ้นใหม่โดยการควบเข้ากัน มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่ายแทนบริษัทเดิม
