หมวด ๕ การหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย

ในกรณีที่บริษัทเลิกกิจการปิโตรเลียม ให้ผู้มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการแทนตามมาตรา ๔๖ มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย ถ้ามีผู้ชำระบัญชีให้ผู้มีหน้าที่ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการแทนตามมาตรา ๔๖ กับผู้ชำระบัญชีมีหน้าที่ร่วมกัน ยื่นแบบแสดงรายการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย
