หมวด ๘ บทกำหนดโทษ

ผู้ใดแจ้งข้อความอันเป็นเท็จ ให้ถ้อยคำเท็จ ตอบคำถามด้วยถ้อยคำอันเป็นเท็จ นำพยานหลักฐานเท็จมาแสดง หรือกระทำการใด ๆ เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงหรือพยายามหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษี ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามเดือนถึงเจ็ดปีและปรับตั้งแต่สามพันบาทถึงสองแสนบาท
