Section 8/6 พระราชบัญญัติจดทะเบียนเครื่องจักร พ.ศ. 2514
(๑) เคยถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตแล้วฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้หรือกฎกระทรวงที่ออกตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้อีก
(๒) กระทำความผิดตามมาตรา ๑๔/๑ ผู้ถูกสั่งเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตจะขอรับใบอนุญาตอีกไม่ได้จนกว่าจะพ้นสามปีนับแต่วันที่ถูกเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต
