หมวด ๒ คณะกรรมการปิโตรเลียม

กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิมีวาระการดำรงตำแหน่งคราวละสามปี กรรมการซึ่งพ้นจากตำแหน่งอาจได้รับแต่งตั้งอีกได้ ในกรณีที่กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิพ้นจากตำแหน่งตามวาระ แต่ยังมิได้มีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิขึ้นใหม่ ให้กรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒินั้นปฏิบัติหน้าที่ไปพลางก่อนจนกว่าจะมีการแต่งตั้งกรรมการผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิขึ้นใหม่
