หมวด ๖ ประโยชน์ สิทธิ และหน้าที่ของผู้รับสัมปทาน

อธิบดีมีอำนาจอนุญาตให้ราชการส่วนกลาง ราชการส่วนภูมิภาค ราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น หรือหน่วยงานอื่นของรัฐ ใช้ประโยชน์จากน้ำในหลุมเจาะใด ๆ ที่ผู้รับสัมปทานไม่ต้องการใช้ในการประกอบกิจการปิโตรเลียม
