การนับเวลาราชการสำหรับคำนวณบำเหน็จบำนาญของข้าราชการ หรือของข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่นที่โอนมาเป็นข้าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร ให้นับเวลาราชการสำหรับคำนวณบำเหน็จบำนาญตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการหรือกฎหมายว่าด้วยบำเหน็จบำนาญข้าราชการส่วนท้องถิ่น แล้วแต่กรณี ที่ใช้อยู่ในวันโอนรวมเป็นเวลาราชการสำหรับคำนวณบำเหน็จบำนาญตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้ด้วย
