เมื่อเห็นเป็นการสมควร กระทรวงการคลังจะรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์พันธบัตรเงินกู้ประเภทนี้ไว้ก็ได้ พันธบัตรที่กระทรวงการคลังรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์ตามข้อนี้ ให้ถือว่าเป็นพันธบัตรที่ชำระต้นเงินกู้คืนแล้วตั้งแต่วันรับโอนกรรมสิทธิ์
