เมื่อนายกรัฐมนตรีได้สั่งการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามมาตรา ๓ แล้ว ให้แจ้งให้คณะรัฐมนตรีทราบ และเมื่อได้มีการปฏิบัติการอย่างหนึ่งอย่างใดตามพระราชกำหนดนี้ ให้นายกรัฐมนตรีแจ้งให้คณะรัฐมนตรีทราบเป็นระยะ ๆ
