Section 6 พระราชบัญญัติคุณสมบัติมาตรฐานสำหรับกรรมการและพนักงานรัฐวิสาหกิจ พ.ศ. 2518

ให้รัฐวิสาหกิจมีกรรมการได้รวมทั้งสิ้นไม่เกินสิบเอ็ดคน แต่ถ้ารัฐวิสาหกิจใดมีข้อกำหนดให้มีกรรมการน้อยกว่าสิบเอ็ดคนก็ให้เป็นไปตามที่กำหนดไว้นั้น รัฐวิสาหกิจใดมีความจำเป็นต้องมีกรรมการเกินกว่าสิบเอ็ดคน ให้รัฐมนตรีเจ้าสังกัดเสนอขออนุมัติจากคณะรัฐมนตรีได้เป็นการเฉพาะราย แต่ทั้งนี้ จำนวนกรรมการรวมทั้งสิ้นต้องไม่เกินสิบห้าคน
