หมวด ๓หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับปุ๋ย
(๑) ผลิตหรือขายปุ๋ยนอกสถานที่ที่กำหนดไว้ในใบอนุญาต เว้นแต่เป็นการขายส่งตรงต่อผู้รับใบอนุญาตขายปุ๋ย
(๒) ผลิตหรือนำเข้าปุ๋ยไม่ตรงตามใบสำคัญการขึ้นทะเบียน
