หมวด ๓หน้าที่ของผู้รับใบอนุญาตเกี่ยวกับปุ๋ย
(๑) แจ้งการส่งออกปุ๋ยแต่ละชนิดต่อพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ทุกครั้งที่ส่งออกปุ๋ย
(๒) จัดให้มีฉลากตามที่อธิบดีกำหนด
(๓) การอื่นตามที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
